Armed Security OfficerZona Facta Collective is actively seeking qualified Armed Security Officers in the Longview, TX area. We have multiple openings for both full-time and part-time roles. Applicants must possess an active Texas Level III Commissioned Security License (with card in hand), a personal duty pistol (9mm), and reliable transportation.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct foot patrols of client properties, including manufacturing facilities, retail locations, access points, and parking areasMaintain vigilance and remain prepared to respond to any emergency situationsAccurately document and report all incidents to both the site manager and Zona Facta managementMaintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude while on dutyDemonstrate respect and courtesy toward employees, visitors, coworkers, and leadershipUphold Zona Facta Collective's high standards of integrity, performance, and accountabilityScheduling & ShiftsStandard shifts are 8 hours in lengthRotating full-time scheduleAdditional shifts may be available through the Zona Facta network on off daysShift times and locations will be discussed during the interview process and are subject to client needsRequirementsActive Texas Level III Security License (must have physical card in hand)Personal 9mm duty pistolReliable transportation (use of company vehicle may be provided based on site)Must be able to pass a criminal background checkMust be able to pass random drug screeningsProfessional conduct and accountability are mandatoryWill report directly to the designated site managerUniform & EquipmentUniform shirts providedAgents must maintain clean and presentable tactical attirePersonal duty gear is requiredAbout Zona Facta CollectiveZona Facta Collective is a veteran- and law enforcement-led organization committed to excellence in private security operations.
