Responsibilities of an Executive Driver:

Transportation Services

• Safely transport passengers to and from assigned destinations.
• Arrive on time and provide dependable service.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies.
• Plan efficient routes and adapt to traffic conditions when needed.
• Assist passengers with luggage and personal belongings.

Customer Service

• Greet passengers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide a comfortable and welcoming experience.
• Respond to passenger questions and requests professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Represent zTrip with professionalism and courtesy.

Vehicle Care

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean, safe, and presentable.
• Report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Ensure vehicles are ready for daily service.

Qualifications of an Executive Driver:

Required

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends when needed.

Preferred

• Experience as a driver, chauffeur, shuttle driver, or transportation professional.
• Hospitality or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of local roads and navigation systems.
