As the Back of House Director, you will lead one of the most critical areas of the restaurant by coaching leaders, developing Team Members, and ensuring exceptional food quality, food safety, and operational execution every day. Working alongside an experienced leadership team and dedicated morning kitchen leadership, you will have the opportunity to focus on building a strong evening operation rather than trying to oversee every daypart.
